By using Morpho, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Morpho provides automated chart pattern recognition for US stocks. The service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

3. No Financial Advice

Morpho is not a registered investment advisor. Pattern detection results are algorithmically generated and should not be the sole basis for any investment decision. Always do your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Accuracy

Market data is sourced from Polygon.io. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that data is error-free, complete, or current. Use at your own risk.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

7. Limitation of Liability

Morpho is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
